Project description
The city of Stuttgart commissioned WOLFF GRUPPE with the renovation of Helene-Schoettle School. In the course of the comprehensive renovation, the school for the mentally handicapped will receive barrier-free access via an elevator. Four new differentiation rooms will also be added to the main building and the north staircase.
During the construction work, the school will be relocated to an interim container setting on the grounds of the neighboring TVH Steinhaldenfeld.
When the students return to their new classrooms in 2025, their school will not only be more modern and beautiful, but also more sustainable.
The school will be equipped with a PV system. All criteria of the NBBW (Nachhaltiges Bauen in Baden-Württemberg - sustainable building in Baden-Württemberg) will be met in the project.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
