The service portfolio of the MANAGING division focuses primarily on construction project management and (BIM-based) project controlling according to AHO phases 1 to 5 for both existing and new buildings of all usage types in structural engineering, land-use planning and zoning procedures, project and process structuring and support, client representation, and commissioning management.
From the early concept through the realization process all the way to the final commissioning – we accompany our clients throughout the entire development process of a property as a solution-oriented and goal-driven advisor and partner. We execute, manage, and lead a project with full expertise, commitment, and a can-do attitude, always keeping economic, functional, and technical conditions in focus.
Our expertise includes the essential elements of successful project realization: project preparation with feasibility studies and related cost and schedule forecasting, operational planning, user consulting and management with the implementation of required operational services for a successful start, as well as crisis management.
