WOLFF GRUPPE has been commissioned by the City of Neckarsulm to refurbish and modernize the Ballei Sports and Cultural Center, a prominent event and community venue located in the heart of the city. Originally opened in 1979, the complex will be comprehensively upgraded to meet future requirements in terms of functionality, sustainability, and user comfort.
A key component of the project is the energy-efficient refurbishment of the building envelope, including the complete renewal of the roof and the modernization of the glass and concrete façades. These measures will significantly reduce energy consumption while enhancing indoor comfort and giving the building a contemporary new appearance.Further improvements include the modernization of building services, such as ventilation, drinking water, and electrical systems, accompanied by the redesign of interior finishes and public areas. Special attention is being given to the entrance-level restaurant and hospitality area, which offers significant potential to strengthen the Ballei’s role as a vibrant community hub and sustainable event venue for the city of Neckarsulm.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
