Quartiersentwicklung am Weberplatz in Essen
As part of sustainable urban development, the area located in the redevelopment area was to be redesigned in terms of urban planning and quality uses and surrounding areas were to be developed.
The Rottstraße neighborhood is located in the northern city center of Essen in the area of tension between the pedestrian zone to the east and south, the shopping center at Limbecker Platz to the west and the university to the north.
The neighborhood forms a developmental bridgehead to the new urban development areas in the northern part of the city and the former railroad facilities; the pedestrian zone is only one block away from the area in each direction.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
