Project description
WOLFFGRUPPE realized an apartment building with representative and timeless architecture for ST Grundinvest GmbH in Stuttgart. Quietly located, above Stuttgart West, eight spacious residential units with underground parking were built.
The apartments are distributed over three full floors: Two first floor apartments with a large garden, two apartments each on the first and second floor with spacious balconies and two apartments over two attic levels, which were realized as maisonettes. All apartments are wheelchair-accessible and have a high quality interior. 12 parking spaces are available in the partially covered underground garage.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
