Project description
The WOLFF GRUPPE was commissioned by the city of Mühlacker with the general planning for the renovation of “Wendlerschule” elementary school in Lomersheim.
In the course of the construction work, the school building was comprehensively renovated in terms of energy efficiency. The addition of an elevator Provider barrier-free access to the elementary school.
The renovation measures included the addition of a vestibule and the reorganization of the administration wing. The janitor's apartment was converted into a core time care facility and provides a room for social pedagogy. The building technology was renewed, as were the pipes of the sewage system. The fire protection was also updated.
Last but not least, the students enjoy improved room acoustics since they returned to their new classrooms in the fall of 2024.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
