Project description
The city of Mühlacker has commissioned the companies of the WOLFF GROUP with the comprehensive renovation of the Wendlerschule. As part of the construction work, the building will undergo extensive energy-efficient upgrades. Additionally, a new elevator will be installed to provide barrier-free access to the elementary school.
The renovation measures include the addition of a vestibule and the reorganization of the administrative section. The caretaker’s apartment will be converted into a space for after-school care and will include a room for social pedagogy.
The building’s technical systems will be renewed, as will the wastewater system pipes, and fire protection will be updated to the latest standards.
Last but not least, students can look forward to improved room acoustics when they return to their new classrooms in the fall of 2023.
