The use of ecological building materials should significantly improve the climate inside the building (e.g., by (e.g. reduction of TVOC, formaldehyde) and the improved outdoor quality should contribute to the satisfaction, health and thus productivity of the users.
In terms of quality assurance, these topics will also be continued in the execution phase of the building, so that finally building, so that ultimately the building will also meet the final ÖGNI End-certification upon completion.
