Project description

In July 2020, WOLFF GRUPPE moved into a new home. The spectacular new premises are located in the heart of Stuttgart's city center, just a few minutes' walk from the company's previous location at Hospitalstrasse 12. For nine years, the companies had been based there in an office loft.

Königstrasse 34 was occupied by a fashion retailer over several floors. For the conversion of the retail space on the 1st floor of the building, a comprehensive core renovation took place under the direction of WOLFF GRUPPE.

In the course of the renovation work, the ribbed ceiling was reinforced with fire protection plaster and painted white. In some areas, the ribbed ceiling and technology were deliberately left uncovered in order to create a high-quality, open working environment in combination with acoustically effective suspended ceilings, while at the same time preserving the industrial character of the premises.

Glass partition walls provide transparency and good lighting. The existing parquet flooring was partially replaced, sanded and sealed, and accentuated wooden slats create a pleasant working atmosphere. Ergonomic furniture and state-of-the-art technical equipment complete the new working environment of the WOLFF GRUPPE in Königstrasse.

WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
