Project description
The office and commercial complex operated by a 100% municipal subsidiary is located two kilometers outside the city center of Fürth. The two buildings realized under general planning by PLAN FORWARD GmbH are mainly used to accommodate technology-oriented service companies that want to rent cost-effective partial areas of 50 to 400 m².
The two buildings enclose the entire outer development area in a courtyard-like and very clearly arranged manner. The two independent buildings are each structured with generously dimensioned development and supply cores.
The elongated structures have four stories throughout and a five-story head building for the center's central facilities with seminar and meeting rooms. Only the core areas have basements to accommodate the building services. The ceilings are reinforced concrete flat ceilings without beams and offer maximum flexibility for necessary tenant conversions.
In a second construction phase, the complex received a photovoltaic system with an installed capacity of 55 kWp. The requirements of the EnEV 2009 are already undercut by 50% in anticipation of the higher energy saving standards to be expected.
