Project description
The apartment building in Gaishämmerstrasse was built during the Wilhelminian period and is located in the Gablenberg district of Stuttgart. It is used as a spacious residential and commercial building.
The entire building was extensively renovated and brought up to the current state of the art between 2010 and 2011 by PLAN FORWARD GmbH. The restaurant has been an integral part of the building for many years. The upscale Italian cuisine is nationally recognized. The outdoor area was redesigned and extended by a wooden terrace under awnings.
An additional wooden outdoor bar, new wooden furniture and a lounge area complete the setting. The remodel takes a step back in favor of atmosphere, incorporating modern elements and creating a homey ambiance. The composition of old and new materials shapes the appearance and the special character of the restaurant.
