Project description
WOLFF GRUPPE was commissioned with the design and general planning of the refurbishment and modernization of Building Section A10 of the Muenster University of Applied Sciences at the Steinfurt Campus.
The measures included the central areas, such as the library, four dean's offices, administrative offices, the mail room as well as the student self-study rooms, and were carried out following a pollutant clean-up. The project was implemented on budget and on time, so that the new premises could be occupied in time for the new 2019 semester.
WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH merges PLAN FORWARD GmbH, W+P Gesellschaft für Projektrealisierung mbH, and ARIQQA GmbH into a single legal entity under its umbrella, in accordance with Sections 2 and 20 of the German Transformation Act (Umwandlungsgesetz – UmwG). The business activities of the previously independent companies are fully continued within WOLFF GRUPPE GmbH under the business divisions PLANNING, MANAGING and CONSULTING.
